We are excited to announce the launch of our new multi-region feature! You can now choose where to store your data from the following locations:

  • EU (Frankfurt, Germany)
  • US (Silicon Valley, US)
  • Dubai (Middle East)
  • Hong Kong (Asia Pacific)

This is a huge step for us and should significantly improve transfer speeds and help with data residency requirements.

We’re thrilled to announce the release of the Teams feature! Sinosend is better when you share your transfers and request with your team members. This video should have everything you need to know, but in a nutshell:

  • Admins can add teammates.
  • Teammates have a brand new dashboard with shared storage.
  • Team mates can share Transfers & Requests with everyone else.

📢From the founder: WeTransfer's fine print: A Warning

We love WeTransfer—they’re the GOAT of file transfers, and that’s undisputed. But recent regional restrictions in places like India and China, combined with backlash over changes to their Terms & Conditions, have left a bitter taste for many businesses. Their updated policy in July 2025, initially gave WeTransfer broad rights to use your uploaded content for AI training, sparking outrage. Though they rolled back much of what they called a “misunderstood” policy, the confusion lingers for users.
